"I travel to NYC on business 5-7 times a year and often stay wherever I can get a decent room at the $225 price point. I will definitely come back to Kixby. The staff were so great. I dropped an earring down the bathroom sink. I told the front desk that if someone was available that day on staff it would be amazing if they could try to recover it, but if not I would live without the earring.
