The rooms are beautiful, well-maintained property and the staff were super with housekeeping, accessing a ride to the airport and check-in was easy. The restaurant on the premises is reasonable with good food. Would stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights in room 506 at the HardRock. During our stay, especially at night about Every 30 to 40 minutes we were awaking by a loud booming noise. It sounded like someone dropping a large garbage bag from the top floor to the fifth floor. I complained to the staff but heard in return.
