"We visit NYC to see as many Broadway shows as possible in our week. This hotel was is right in the middle of the theater district so it was perfect. Our only real complaint tlwas that the curtains in the room were very difficult (took 20 minutes to finagle them open) to open and close so we left the curtains closed the whole time. "

"The lobby was beautiful!! It had a Starbucks. We loved the location because it’s near several sights we wanted to see. We liked the size of the room since we had a suite with 2 bathrooms. However the beds were at most double sized not queen like we reserved. My husband and I aren’t big people and we barely fit on the bed together. I understand the hotel is old but the paint was chipped off. The shower head only shot out hard. The fine print said they charged for you to use the refrigerator but...

"Really enjoyed my stay here. Having the in house cafe / small shop was useful. The connecting bar so and so’s was absolutely beautiful with great staff and drinks. They were super friendly and were able to sort us a taxi at short notice for a good price. Only things I would mention as a negative was holding £100 dollars per day as an indemnity clause which means I had to have 500 dollars held before even starting my stay and the cost of staying in my room for a few more hours seemed very pricy...
