"We absolutely loved our stay at The seven. The front staff was friendly and courteous, and we really appreciated early check-in. The room was extremely comfy and spacious by New York standards. If you need to stay in Midtown, I highly recommend. Also, the subway stations is literally feet from the front door. "

"The location is spot on but at times it is evident that the place needs a lot of work. My room card stopped working several times and on one occasion I had to wait at reception for 15 mins before someone was available to assist me. The staff are polite and professional but when you have a doorman and a luggage attendant stood around doing nothing while other guests are trying to be seen at reception it’s a little disappointing. "Excellent location on Times Square. Walking distance to theatres and subway and Central Park and Fifth avenue. Included breakfast was excellent also. Security always in lobby and fast elevators. A great place to stay in NYC. "
