The hotel was very nice! Our trip to New York was great! Although the rooms are small, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The last night we had heater turned off and it still was over 80 degrees in our room and freezing cold outside. Not sure why but that was the only issue we encountered! The pizza place right next door to the hotel is phenomenal!

If looking for a budget stay then this is a good option. The quadruple room is small with 2 double bed which is good if you are okay just to rest for the night. One bathroom that is clean and good. But no other amenities. If you are looking for just to sleep and get going this is a good option. I suggest paying a little more for a standard room.

The room was clean but the elevators were very slow and always full, we usually had to wait a minimum of 3 times before we had room to get on an elevator. Our room was on the front side of the hotel and it was extremely loud, from garbage pick up waking you up at 3:30 every morning to people arguing in the middle of the street. The location was great and the pizza place beside the hotel was delicious, but the French cafe was overpriced and wasn’t the best. Plenty of great options to eat if you go the opposite direction of Time Square.

I live in NY, I stayed a few days @ said property for Christmas, the heater was blowing out cool air, maintenence came to repair it, on another occasion there were no wash clothes and all the while, we had to leave the room and go to reception area because the telephone did work in our room. Management had to reimbursed the resort fee, too many issues.

Location is perfect, just one block from Times Square. However, a couple of things did upset me. At the checkin an extra hidden fee of $134 dollars. Getting into the roam with my family I figured out it was a hostel room with 2 twin bunk beds. Thereafter I came back to the reception to ask for explanation and an eventual room upgrade, and the staff, an adolescent, was very ironic. They charge even for luggage storage. Be aware at reserving this hotel.
