The front desk was incredibly nice and helpful - we communicated with them via text during our stay to ask questions about the property and get recommendations in the surrounding area. They also gave us complimentary champagne and put us in a corner unit, which we very much appreciated. SoHo was the perfect place for a first-time New York visit - lots of excellent pizza, shopping, and bagels nearby!"

"Beautiful hotel! Everyone who works there goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and special! Loved the “Library”. After I got over the initial shock of no TV in the room, I embraced it and it was perfect. Fantastic location for food and shopping. I will definitely be back!! Michi was a fantastic addition!!"
