Location was amazing! The views from the bedroom window great and eventhough we looked right over the busy streets, you could barely hear a noise. I loved the modern decor and the multi functional iPad for all interior settings. Because we were on the 18th floor I would’ve loved a coffee maker in the room so I could wake up early and have coffee in my little room without having to get dressed and wait for the elevator to get to the lobby. Breakfast was reasonably priced but if you didn’t get there early, the staff was slow to keep it stocked. The reason for my 4 start rating for service… We walked all over Manhattan from there but could easily take the subway if we wanted to go to a more remote area of the city. Fantastic experience

I stayed there for 5 nights. The staff attended us well. We did have an issue with one of our power outlets we let them know. When we got back it was fixed, and everything was good. The room were clean, and the area was very convenient for what we need to do. Would stay here again!
