Very convenient for seeing a show and Times Square. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean. I would have preferred a non-handicap room (was not told this was the room I would be getting). This made the shower smaller and water continually poured out onto the bathroom floor making for a daily cleanup on my part.

Got a noisy room by the elevators, who were also serviced during one night at 4 am with a loud bang. Tried unsuccessful to change the room. No commercial gesture from the property. Some staff unapologetically entitled, borderline rude. No toaster working for breakfast

I got a room by the elevators - noisy - woke up all night as the elevators were moving. One night they were also servicing them with additional banging noise at 4 am. Tried in vain to change the rooms.
