"This hotel has an amazing location. I stayed here the weekend before Christmas and got a room facing Times Square- the view was gorgeous! However, it was very cold because the window was broken, which was letting in cold air. We realized this late at night snd asked that they fix it the next morning- they didn’t. "The hotel's facade and lobby are simply old school gorgeous! Clearly a lot of history here. Our check-in was swift, and the man who checked us in was thoughtful and kind. Unfortunately, the heater in our initial room was broken, and it took some time to get a manager then maintenance in there. It could not be repaired with us in the room, but the maintenance guy said the front desk would call us shortly with the new room number.
