"I'm a regular at Pod 39 when I come to NYC by myself. It's very minimalist and if I was planning to spend more time in my room, I'd go elsewhere, but exactly what I need when I'm in the city to see shows and check out some exhibitions. Always clean and my room is always ready when I arrive (which has not been my experience at other NYC hotels). "

"Perfect for my needs during business trip. Occupants of bunk bed rooms across the hall were noisy and hung out in the hallways, but we’re not heard when they had the courtesy to go inside their rooms. At check in, desk agents were unfriendly. But check-out agent was wonderful. Left an item behind, and it was easy to pick it up. This is the neighborhood I lived in for 18 years, and this is the first hotel that felt like home. I have three other stays booked here now."

"Would give it Excellency here but my bed had broken springs in on right side of it and had massive dip in the bed. Had to sleep on opposite side! Shower pressure was awesome Good location had washing machines on level 3 so handy before flying out. Ill be back Happy customer from Melbourne Aus"
