"The hotel condition is good and very clean. Everything works pretty well. My complaint is about the staff specially front desk. They’re not willing to assist about anything. I use a cane, and both checking in an out asked for someone to help with my luggage. They were very rude and with no intention to help. I don’t understand why such a big hotel doesn’t have at least one person to assist with it. But the worst thing was the attitude. "

"A beautiful spot with a perfect feeling of old school New York. Clean rooms, great location to everything. Safety is a priority, security at elevators, great restaurants and easy processes for check in and out. "
