"As it happened, the place was full of high school seniors conducting college tours. Unfortunately, they were up making noise in the hallways all night long, which sucked, but otherwise nice stay. Also, the hotel is under renovation. We were fortunate to get one of the "new" rooms. One person described the difference between the new rooms and the old rooms as being the same as the difference between heaven and hell. Great place, but be sure to get a "new" room!"

"Excellent location. Walkable to everything we were doing while in town. Friendly staff. Our only complaint about the hotel was the room was very hot. The thermostat was set to 72 degrees and even when we tried to turn it down to 68, it wouldn't cool off."

"Great hotel in a very central location. Subway line right outside, walking distance to Central Park and Times Square. From the door staff to reception and the cleaners every member of staff we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was a great size. Huge comfortable bed. The view wasn’t great as we just faced an internal courtyard and essentially looked onto other peoples rooms, but the hotel did seem busy and had we paid for a more expensive room I’m sure we’d have...
