"Convenient location to MSG events. Parking is next door. So easy. Room was just what we needed. Complimentary breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. We were able to store our bags prior to check in. Very nice shower. Comfortable bed. No issues. "

"Great location that is why it costs so much. It isn’t the decor or hotel features it is location. One small working lift for a 27 floor hotel drove all guests nuts. "

"The room was clean, staff were friendly and always available. Many flower shops around the hotel so everyday got to see beautiful flowers and plants. Lots of construction and at night the street was kind of dark. The stand out was the breakfast. Lots of seating, clean, and many options to choose from. The rooftop lounge was a nice bonus too! "
