My husband and I had a great time at the Westin for our first ever trip to NYC. Staying in Times Square was convenient and felt safe. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are nice and clean. We really enjoyed the complementary tickets to see the Statue of Liberty. We will be back and will stat at the Westin again!

Close to all areas we wanted to explore. Surprised that a hotel of this magnitude would not have a microwave, coffee maker or refrigerator, even a dorm-sized, in the room, and would actually charge extra to have one brought up. Even a motel 6 has some of those items.

Really enjoyed staying there clean friendly. The staff was friendly. The bar being very convenient to everywhere. We need to go no hassle checking in or checking out. Great day. Will definitely come back again.

First time to stay here in NYC. Very clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Our first room was not cleaned and bed still unmade. They quickly moved us to another room. Very satisfied with the room.

I really like the location of this hotel. Right in Times Square and the airport (LGA) is about 30 mins away if your leaving early in the morning. Thanks Donna McCarthy Toronto

We really enjoyed staying there with a couple exceptions. The refrigerator and telephone in the room were broken. Telephone wouldn’t normally be a big deal but I had to run down to front desk a total of 3 times to request for our room to have new linens. Twice in one day(which they never came to do but did finally bring towels at 9:30 P.M. And once on another day which they never came to do even though when I asked at the desk to have it done both employees appeared to have typed the request into the computer. Not sure how you miss that. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and will probably stay there on our next trip to New York.
