Overall, the hotel was very nice. Room was small but clean. Not a lot of room to store your luggage. Bathroom door was a barn door style. Not a lot of privacy. There was not a fan in the bathroom either. Location was great-close to Times Square and the subway. They will even store your luggage for you. We used this after we checked out on our last day. Breakfast was good-eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereals...lots to choose from. The only problem was that it got very busy and we had a hard time finding seats. The hotel does warn you that earlier is better, but even then it was a bit of a challenge. The main thing I was worried about were the elevators based on other reviews. For the most part they were fine. You have to scan your card and the elevator is automatically selected for you. The only time we had an issue was when it was time to check out. We waited about 20 mins on the 32nd floor for an elevator that was empty enough for the three of us and our luggage. Overall, I would stay there again. The location and breakfast made it a great stay for us!

Hotel room is smaller than I am used to but it is New York. However it is a great price for location. Hotel is clean and staff are nice. Only downside is elevator during the morning, it’s impossible to get one to go down.

This is an unsafe building. There are functioning Exit signs on the corridors BUT there is no access on the west side of the building from any floor. At the end of the hallway, there is a locked door & staff said that it was not accessible as an exit since it went into another building. Then was stuck in an elevator for 15 minutes. When no one responded to the phone call (it just kept ringing & there was no cell phone or wifi coverage) after 5 minutes, had to set off the alarm. It took another 5 minutes of holding the alarm for constant sound before anyone responded. It was very difficult to communicate as the phone sound system had little volume. Apparently they could not hear which elevator we were on even though we told them a number of times. Staff appear not to be trained in responding to the elevator phone or alarm system. When I expressed my concerns when checking out, there was little response.

Great location very close to Times Square and theatres. Elevators sometimes slow. Room was small even for NYC but clean and comfortable. Included breakfast was great. Recommend this hotel for a winter getaway.

The amenities were quite limited, and I found it particularly inconvenient that there were no slippers or a kettle provided. While this might be common in the U.S., considering the high price I paid, I found it disappointing and lacking in consideration for guests not to provide even these basic essentials. Additionally, the breakfast was not very tasty. As a traveler coming all the way from Japan, I would appreciate it if you could put a little more effort into improving that as well.

Glad I booked this place. The location was great, being so close to Time Square & Broadway. Elevator: Interesting as you need to use a tablet to enter your floor, then swipe your room key card. It then directs you to one fo their elevators. Room: clean but I would say is a bit cramped. The heater works but doesn’t stay shut off when the off button was pressed & made noise (not ideal for light sleepers). Free breakfast: American breakfast. Gym: Decent gym with dumbbells, 1 bench, 1 adjustable cable machine & several cardio equipment.
