Hotel worked for a night in the city. If it had been more than one night then we probably would have looked for other accommodations. Great location but room was lacking. Bathroom was not properly cleaned, there was no soap for the sink or shower and there were many cheap repairs all about. Not terrible but not great.

Charges a resort fee and there is nothing extra. ONE working elevator, was on 17th floor. Had to wait 30 mins for an elevator most of the time. No fridge, coffee machine. The resort fee was for fitness and business area which we saw no business area but that is like most hotel amenities but they considered “resort” or “destination fee”. Crappy overall. Do not recommend

Amendities are less than avg for properties of this type. Ive had better room amendities at a Super Eight. Beware, limited elevator access. Need to ride all the way to top or will never have room to get on if you wait for the DOWN elevator. Otherwise I hope you like climbing stairs.

I enjoyed the size of the rooms, though they advertise queen size beds and they are full size. The air conditioner in our room wasn't sufficient to keep the room cool, they had left 2 fans in there for our convenience but they barely kept it comfortable. With a few upgrades it would be a great place, the staff was really great.

This is my third stay at this hotel. The staff is wonderful. The upgraded rooms are very nice and comfortable. Once they get the elevators fixed, it will be even better.
