"The overall stay was nice. We got there about an hour before check in and we were told if we wanted to get in our room at that time we would have to pay an additional $100 or come back in an hour. It’s ridiculous to charge $100 for a room that was already cleaned and ready for the next guests. The hotel rate was expensive enough as it is. It’s ridiculous to charge guests an additional $100 for an hour!"
