Hotel was not of the class of BonVoy hotels and has not been maintained. Hotel was unsafe as there was only one door open for the main entrance to both enter and exit the hotel. The "smart" elevators were awful. Wait time up to 25 minutes on upper floors. Room was worn, toilet broke at 2am. Broken tiles in the bathroom and stained linens. Manager on duty was rude and offered no resolves. No amenities in the hotel lobby. No decent place to eat and if you wanted an in-hotel breakfast, that was a 2 hour wait for table. While it's near Times Square, it is far away from a proper hotel. Better to stay in a Fairfield, this should have the Sheraton name peeled from the building.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was nice and clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Out of all the staff we spoke to from the front desk to housekeeping and the gentleman at the luggage storage they were amazing but the guy at the little shop where you get the water was always grumpy andnever spoke. We didn't like going there.

We liked the location and its proximity to famous tourist spots. Due to holidays, staff was super busy and there were long lines to check in. Otherwise our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Location was great if you want to get to Times Square area easily but the hotel was dirty and needs refurbishing. Food was terrible, avoid the breakfast! Plenty of dining around the hotel if you do end up staying here. If your a frequent Marriott hotel guest this hotel doesn’t live up to the same standards so lower your expectations if you do book this hotel!

We stayed during Christmas week and the rooms were accommodating, walking distance to several local attractions. Staff were friendly, housekeeping was done daily. It was a nice quiet stay will definitely come back

The property has not been maintained. Front desk staff were rude and not helpful! Room was dirty, bathroom very small. Fridge in the room did not work and was held together by duct tape. This is more of a motel than hotel! We stayed at a Sheraton in London and it was night and day in comparison to the dump in NYC!
