"Feels like a small town area for being located in a great central area to so many busy areas we needed to go to for the holiday. Our room was very clean (thank you, Veronica!). Pool & gym are nice. Restaurant had good options, we enjoyed the blackened chicken “BLAT”. It’s a large property that feels safe. I truly relaxed here and needed it. We also went to the Christmas breakfast they held which was really cute with good options."

"We enjoyed our stay at Lotte. The location can’t be beat, it’s a super walkable area but we also took cabs/ubers and the subway nearby without issue. The check-in process could be improved. They only had two people working and I stood in line for close to 40min waiting for our room key, after previously checking in then being informed our room was ready before 4pm. The front desk almost always had a long line. The hotel was very nice and convenient, but overall I felt it was overpriced for what...
