"I requested for upper floor room 2 months in advance and got a ground floor room when I checked in and room has no hot water. They were nice enough to switch me to a 2nd floor room and fixed the cold water issue but it’s not ideal as you can hear foot steps from upstairs neighbors waking you up at nights. They also don’t salt their incline entrance drive way so you should be prepared for wintery condition or colder temp nights that you may not be able to make it back to the motel."

"Location was a little further away than I expected but it was still a nice place to go. Had to walk up hill from Mirror lake and after ice skating your legs would definitely hurt. The room was clean and had an updated bathroom. "
