"This property is centrally located. It is walking distance to Broadway, Central Park and fifth Avenue. The two Michelin restaurant in the hotel is out of this world and the rooms are very spacious compared to rooms in New York City. The staff was very hospitable and nice."

"The staff was terrific about storing my luggage while I ran to an event. I did not really get to experience all of the amenities of staying at the hotel, due to limited time. The room was very nice. "

"The location of the hotel and the staff was amazing. It's a quiet location with easy access to the subway, multiple restaurants, bars and stores nearby. As for the rooms, they need more electrical outlets, I struggled to find where to plug something in. The doors were very loud when they closed and the automatic lights in the bathroom were an inconvenience. Since the bathrooms are separated by a glass wall, everytime my husband went to the bathroom at night, the room lit up and I woke up."

"You pay for the view and that is it. The staff are great but the rooms are for very short visits - one night is good. I accept that this is what one must do when staying in NYC so I recommend it for quick trips. "
