"We stayed 4 nights during Christmas season in the Superior King. Our room was clean and in great working order. The staff was very nice. Michael at the front desk was very kind and gave us great restaurant suggestions and housekeeping brought us extra pillows. The bellhop held our luggage and even had a car waiting for us when we told him what time we needed to get to the airport after lunch. The location was close to the theater area and made walking back very convenient. Would stay here again!...

"My husband and I stayed at the Kixby for Christmas/20th wedding anniversary and it was wonderful. The room was very nice, mattress was comfortable as were the pillows and linens. The refillable water bottle/station was a nice touch. Staff was very friendly. The location was perfect for our needs. Right next to Herald Square, walkable to Bryant Park and Rockefeller Center, plus steps from a subway station. Lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. "I've stayed at The Jewel more than once. It's one of my favorites. The location, location, location ... it's perfect for me. It's between 5th and 6th at 51st. It's Close to a lot (Rockefeller Center & St. Patricks Cathedral across the street and convenient for walking. I will stay there again on my next visit to NYC. The people are nice, too."
