"First of all - the staff here are great. Not good, great - every single person we interacted with was awesome - helpful, friendly and fun. The room itself is small - at least for anyone used to staying in city centre hotels on other continents - that said it's possible this is roomy by NYC standards so make sure you compare. We were not fans of the frosted glass bathroom/ toilet (noting the small room above ) - would be quite an eye opener for any couple not already intimately aquainted with...
