"With 2 teens, regular NYC hotel rooms do not provide enough space for 4. These suites are beautiful and we loved also having a balcony. Plenty of room for 4 of us, well worth the price. Lots of dining options in the area, very safe hotel and exceptional staff. I will say the bathroom is very small. Normally that would deter me from staying again, but the trade off for roominess makes up for it. Just know the bathrooms are very small and it was a tub/shower combo not a walk in shower. Not a lot...

"This hotel is a bit away from the busy midtown Manhattan area, but the amazing customer service from the staff makes it one of the top choices to stay in the city. The friendly staff and their attention to detail create a welcoming atmosphere that more than makes up for the hotel's distance from the lively action of NYC."

"I liked the grab-and-go breakfast. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet. The location was conveniently close to Rockefeller , 5th Avenue, and Time Square, I would recommend to work on faster elevator if possible. Also a clear container/tap for the minibar would help to make a better use of the closet and not having my belongings bumping into the products."

"I really liked staying at the Arlo. Rooms are tiny but offer great amenities and mine had a great view. You can get coffee in the lobby and theres also a small diner. Sadly my visit was marred on the last day as i had to wait 30 minutes for an elevator. One went out of service and the other is programmed to bypass your floor to start at the top resulting in FIVE FULLL elevators stopping at my floor. I had luggage so i couldn’t use the stairs as i was on the 14th floor. Truly frustrating. "
