"Well located hotel as it’s 10 mins walk from central station. Room was spacious, clean and with all the amenities you need for a comfy stay. It was also very quiet considering we were in the middle of Manhattan. Low points were the breakfast that we paid for all 4 mornings, but we only had it once as it took ages to be prepared and to be honest the quality of the food wasn’t that good either, so don’t bother of including breakfast in your booking. "Very clean, most staff is very friendly. Everyone seemed pretty professional. House keeping is very friendly. The mandatory $35 daily fee with credits is weird and confusing, and everything is price gouged in the hotel food store but you basically have to buy some stuff there. To be expected I suppose. Over $100 appeared on my bill that I never charged at the hotel restaurant. They removed the charges but still weird and not a good feeling. Had to get them removed as I was in a hurry to leave...

"Everything was fine the only thing is the bathroom and rooms can use an upgrade the bathroom was very old and the bathroom mirror looks like someone had put paint all over it smeared around and the walls were kind e falling apart "
