I booked the hotel for the beautiful city view it offered, from the time I arrived to the time I left I was in absolute awe at how beautiful it was and the super comfy king size bed is just what I needed after a long work week!!!

Just okay. The area is safe and there’s plenty to eat nearby. Also, most of the staff were nice. Otherwise, the rooms were really small and facilities need some upgrading. Also, they charge $35/night as a food credit whether you use it or not. That’s odd. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Loved view. Staff was wonderful. Room needs updating. Refrigerator not working, tv remote not working, shower and sink drain very slowly. Actually enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.

Amy had an attitude when we asked to receive our original booking which were two full beds. When we checked in they gave us a handicap room and one king bed. We called the front desk immediately and told them this is not what we paid for. Smh

Staff was absolutely rude - absolutely unhelpful and not interested in doing their jobs No water provided Wanted to do breakfast, placed order and then later was told kitchen is closed Worst experience - will never stay here
