"Be aware. This is a low-rise building in the east village. There is street noise. But that’s what you get when you stay on a real New York block, near NYU and awesome restaurants and such. The hotel’s communication is excellent. Rooms are small (it’s New York City!), but comfortable, functional, and clean. If you’re here to be a part of “real” New York, you’ll embrace the (supplied) earplugs and the street noise that New Yorkers accept as part of life. And if that’s you, you’ll love this place...

"Fantastic well appointed apartments and updated amenities with full kitchen, good quality beds, nice gym, small but convenient business center and super friendly staff (every single front desk employee both daytime and evening are welcoming and helpful). Only one negative is laundry room, although very convenient, machines and overall laundry could use an upgrade. In general the hotel is quiet despite the busy rooftop restaurant. "

"Great location, awesome staff! Nice hotel. The beds are horrible, the are not comfortable. The double beds in the double room could have been queens. My entire family didn’t sleep very well do to the extremely uncomfortable beds. This property would have been a five star review if it wasn’t for the short coming of their mattress selection. "
