I chose this hotel because it is located near the Staten Island Ferry and wanted to walk there the next morning at 5:00 am to take the ferry to the NYC Marathon. "Due to construction it was a bit challenging to find the hotel at first and/or get temporary parking (signage favored commercial vehicles). Once parking and location was taken care of everything else fell into place…particularly liked the morning breakfast, i.e. healthy and the staff were friendly, polite and helpful!"
