"Cozy little lake view cabin was a great setting for our family of 5. The owner really does think of the needs of vacationers and had it all covered. All the dishes, cooking utensils, glasses, etc. Even coffee to go with the coffee pot - thank you! We felt at home there and were grateful for all the instructions throughout the cabin (i.e. best settings for shower hot water, propane heater in living room, et al.). Definitely recommend a stay if you’re coming to Silver Lake, want to check out...

"Cozy, private, well-maintained cabin 5 minutes from Gore Mountain. Beautiful views of the river right across the street. Very comfortable for 3 people with one Queen in the bedroom and one twin bed in an alcove. Cute little gas fireplace in living room. Full kitchen was nice with drip coffee maker, stove, toaster, microwave. No TV or dishwasher which didn’t matter to us on our short visit. Entrance to house was very icy and slippery. The host warned us of this and tried to remedy it the day...

"Great host with a wonderful property! We were looking for winter, and we found it here. The house is super cozy with heated floors, a fireplace, and a marvelously hot shower. We were close to snowshoeing trails, and the lake view was killer. We had enough rooms for naps and introvert time AND a great space for watching movies and playing board games together. We’ll be back!"

"When i tell you everything was as pictured! And thats rare, everything was perfect. Im so happy we chose to stay at Lily Cottage. Host was awesome, very helpful and even left a welcome snack...yum ! Thinking i may be back in the summer. PERFECT COUPLE GETAWAY!!"

"2 couples, stayed there in mid November. House inside and out is practically brand new. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels and linens. It was cold while we were there, but the outside deck is very large and spacious. Grill could use some help, and there are no TVs. Basement is a plus, but we didn't use it. Property manager lives right across the street and greeted us when we arrived to make sure everything was in order. When we come to the finger lakes, we will rent this house again."

"We had no heat due to a broken furnace in December-the owner did bring a space heater, but that blew a fuse, not a relaxing time. We had a group of seven, so we could not find another place to stay short notice. We also found old coffee left in the coffee pot. The location itself was nice and the lake was beautiful!"

The house was small but well-stocked, with a full kitchen separating two bedrooms and bathrooms. Walkable neighborhood with local shops, restaurants, brewery, deli, laundry, and ice cream made this a perfect choice.
