"We loved the location. Plenty of privacy and a 5min drive to a friendly town to pick-up nessesities for your stay, mom and pop diners, wine tasting or Grims grove (nature trail w/waterfalls). Its a scenic hr away from Watkins Glen / Senica lake with more nature trails and waterfalls. Loads of winery's. The bathroom door still doesn't close all the way, but the hottub works fine. "Me and my friend had a lovely stay at the fairytale guest cottages for a girls weekend getaway. The property is stunning, the hosts were very warm, welcoming and great communication. The location is perfect for a quick walk into town or a quick drive to the beach. We cannot forget to mention how lovely the pool is, as well! The cottage was equipped with all you could need and high quality products. We look forward to coming back!"

"Came for 3 days to visit Cornell with my daughter and this home was perfect. Small, yet not lacking anything, rustic but lacking none of the modern tech. The backyard waterful, fire pit and views are worth the stay alone. Would definitely stay again."

"Amazing property, Mark and Christine were great to communicate with. The place is in an amazing shape, and well maintained. Great view of the lake, close to the boat launch and a marina. There's a Dollar General a couple of minutes away where you can buy a lot of stuff, food and beer, for liquor there's a gas station in front of it that sells some. We were 2 couples on a fishing trip and we had a great time and experience, I highly recommend the place."

"Great stay and beautiful property. They weren't lying when they said it was the best view on the lake. Only 20 mins from Auburn, NY where we attended a wedding. A great weekend getaway and wished we could have stayed longer! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. We cooked breakfast one morning and all the appliances were clean and working. The water pressure on the shower was great. Wifi worked and the space was very cozey. Definitely recommend!"

"The property itself was just as cozy as listed but the photos, which showed such beautiful settings did not give justice to just how amazing the scenery really was. Absolutely stunning and peaceful location. Rosie and Joe were incredible with their communication and were right on top of a minor issue that occurred with the kitchen sink.
