"The location was perfect. Close to Times Square which the kids loved and a very walkable area. I love everything about the hotel. The breakfast that is offered is a very basic one don’t except a full spread. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell walking between the two hotels between the theatre onsite it just smelled bad and the outlets in our room was burned in the bathroom so we couldn’t use them. Overall I would say here again. I would highly recommend. "

"I hate to praise it because it’s my special secret in NYC. The staff are exceptional, from the bell boy to the Managers. Always remember returning guests and go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Every amenity including gym, pool, spa, salon, 3 bars, restaurant and fantastic room service. Order the Spring Rolls!"

"The lobby was beautiful!! It had a Starbucks. We loved the location because it’s near several sights we wanted to see. We liked the size of the room since we had a suite with 2 bathrooms. However the beds were at most double sized not queen like we reserved. My husband and I aren’t big people and we barely fit on the bed together. I understand the hotel is old but the paint was chipped off. The shower head only shot out hard. The fine print said they charged for you to use the refrigerator but...
