"I really enjoyed how easy going everything was. No issues with anything. The room was amazing, however only issue was the top head shower wasn’t working. Either who, everything went so well & bonus points for having netflix & hbo max already hooked up! "

"The location was perfect. Close to Times Square which the kids loved and a very walkable area. I love everything about the hotel. The breakfast that is offered is a very basic one don’t except a full spread. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell walking between the two hotels between the theatre onsite it just smelled bad and the outlets in our room was burned in the bathroom so we couldn’t use them. Overall I would say here again. I would highly recommend. "

"I hate to praise it because it’s my special secret in NYC. The staff are exceptional, from the bell boy to the Managers. Always remember returning guests and go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Every amenity including gym, pool, spa, salon, 3 bars, restaurant and fantastic room service. Order the Spring Rolls!"
