"The hotel staff is super-helpful. We were not happy with our lagoon-view room since the view at the balcony was blocked by trees. The hotel staff immediately showed us another room with ocean view available at early check-in. We did not like that room either. Then the hotel staff asked us to wait until the check-in time to get another room with good view. It came out the room had a very nice ocean view, and the upgrade charge was reasonable. The hotel has lot of amenities, leisure spaces, well-maintained and nice landscape. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lot of choices and delicious food, especially the green juice. We love the beach area outside the building of our room. It's relatively quiet, the umbrellas are well-spaced, and a big swimming pool behind it."

"I booked this holiday because of the reviews and I was not disappointed. Infact, this resort was more than I could have hoped for. The staff and the customer service was some of the best I have ever experienced. The food options were plentiful and there was always something to eat or drink. The alcohol was truly unlimited, accessible and the bartenders were a laugh. There was even alcohol in the rooms for us to enjoy. Definitely good value for money. "

"We spent our anniversary here for a nice long kid free extended weekend and it didnt disappoint. The staff was so nice and attentive. The pools were always clean. Lots of seating around and a good mix of the party people and ones who wanted to lounge. I loved all the options for food and miss that breakfast buffet. Definitely missing it but already looking into our next trip."
