"The food was exceptional. The staff was friendly. The floors in the room were not clean at all (always had to wear the slippers while in room). Pools were very nice and well maintained. It was very quiet, even when there was shows going on with loud music. There really isn't a beach area and it is mostly filled with seaweed. It is a huge complex.
