"The property was beautiful but the golf carts were very noisy into the night. There was not enough lounge chairs to enjoy the sun around the pools or the beach for 3 resorts. That was very disappointing. Buffet and restaurants were great and drinks were generous. Shopping was nice. "

"The only thing I didn’t like was the amount of walking, specifically the walk to our room. We were on the 3rd floor, which was fine, but our room was at the END of the third floor! My friend has a bad right knee and left ankle, and I have MS, so the amount of walking was grueling. My fault, I’ll know in the future to request a room close to the elevator. I’m sure if I had told them the situation they would have changed our room, but I didn’t. "

"Great spot, didn’t realize the water at beach club would be so rough.. food was better than hotels we usually go to in Cancun. Would advise to have drink menus at all the bars, as it was hard navigating the apps to find drinks around the resort. Loved that we were always able to find a spot to lay and lounge by the pool and beach club.. staff was great!! "
