"I enjoyed my stay at this property, very family friendly, staff were amazing going above and beyond specially Marcela at the lobby bar and Gaspar at the pool. Food was delicious, beverages good quality as well. I did not like the people trying to sell the resort benefits-plans. We attended a presentation and we said not first thing but they were very persistent and kind of harassing us to buy their plans. We met with three people for 2 hours when they told me it was just a 90 minutes...

"The food was surprisingly very good for an all inclusive resort. There were a few things that we reported like a broken shower rack and blow dryer which were not fixed throughout our 5 days at the resort. Additionally we ordered room service that never arrived. Besides the poor customer service in those particular situations, staff was friendly. "

"The food was absolutely superb - best I've ever had at an all-inclusive. The only negative was the constant noise - there was always music (quite loud and thumping) playing which we couldn't get away from."
