"The property and staff were great. Very clean and easy to get around. The beach is one of the best we have experienced in Cancun. The downfall was access to loungers. During our 5 day stay, we never got a chair poolside and the latest we went down to the pool was 9:30 am. It was very disappointing. We did get chairs on the sand on the beach, but there were a few very windy days that made it uncomfortable to sit on the beach."

"The place is a little run downed. However, we still enjoyed it! The spa and sport courts were closed so we had to find other things to do around the resort. All the staffs were amazing! Overall we would come back! "

"The property served it’s purpose as we were traveling with family and infant children. The grounds were very clean & tidy and the staff was very friendly & very helpful. Will definitely stay here again when traveling with family."

"There is nowhere else to go eat. The food there is super expensive tacos are the cheapest food you could buy anywhere and I paid 25 dollars for 3 tacos and 3 quesadillas crazy. The staff members were not the friendliest and the pool was a bit dirty. "

"Beautiful beach! Great service , everyone of the staff were very friendly. Food was good , nothing amazing but good. They could improve on food that is grab and go. Everywhere you sit down and have a server. We would have loved to get a burger or a pizza and sit on the beach with it. But definitely worth going for the beach & pool!"

"This was Not a 5 star property. Our butler service was practically non existent. The Private pool was so disgusting we never went in. The main pool was so freezing you could not stand to get in. The beach was the most filthy beach I have ever seen. This was the worst vacation ever! I have nothing good to say. I hated my time here and wish we never went. Don’t go here. "

Even their own staff has a hard time knowing where building or food areas may be.
