"This was exactly what we wanted. We were on a family vacation and wanted a condo with a kitchen where we could roam as we’d wanted with a kitchen for any time use. Lilia, our hostess were fantastic and very friendly and helpful! The beach in front is clean and quiet. The pool was a great treat for the kids. A lot of trim and doors are painted black with a million chips. And the whole apartment needs a remodel/refinish. However, the location is spectacular! It is right on an absolutly gorgeous beach! "My daughter and I had a great time at the space. The place was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had all we needed. The resort grounds, staff, and restaurant were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. We found the bus line easy to navigate, and taxi's were always available. We always felt safe during our stay."

"The property felt very safe. It is very clean. The pool is kept immaculate. There is a convivence store onsite. The staff is friendly. The elevator in the building I stayed in is new. The only down sides I can state are There were some light bulbs out in my unit. Nothing to complain about really. I didn't like that people would come down first thing in the morning to claim lounges & umbrellas @ the pool & beach. It is stated on rules that it was impermissible. Would like to see it enforced, but...

"Overall a great place to stay for a peaceful holiday but there are areas for improvement. The Not So Good: 1. The exhaust fan over the kitchen oven didn't work which made the 1st smell, Roberto wasn't able to fix it during my 6 days stay period. 2. The shower head was broken on the 2nd floor bathroom & I wasn't able to shower there at all 😬 3. Water pressure is almost non-existent. Very inconvenient to even wash face. Specifically the kitchen sink has very minimal water flow. Positive: 1....

"This is our second trip to Cancun. We have stayed both times at Oleo. The staff is very kind and responsive. Having the daily option of purchasing the all inclusive is a great feature. The resort is far enough away from the spring break crowd that you are able to relax and enjoy time away. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. We will come back again."

"Wow! What a wonderful experience. My friends and I stayed at El Dorado Royale for NYE. Everyone was so hospitable, the resort was exceptionally clean and beautiful, every detail was taken into consideration! Our room was well stocked and maintained during our stay. We had a swim up room and our bartender, Fernanda, made our trip so special! She’s the absolute best and we will miss her! The dining options were awesome, such a wide range even for room service. No complaints for us :) "

"It was a wonderful experience. As Expedia VIP members we got a room upgrade and a personal concierge which was a huge help especially with dinner reservations. Ours was Viktor and l want to recognize him for his professional, prompt response every time we needed something. The New Year’s Party is one of the best l ever seen, we had so much fun!👏👏 The pools are clean and the beach is maintained daily to make sure there is not a lot of seaweed around. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help out. Thank you for a great time!"
