"I enjoyed my stay at this property, very family friendly, staff were amazing going above and beyond specially Marcela at the lobby bar and Gaspar at the pool. Food was delicious, beverages good quality as well. I did not like the people trying to sell the resort benefits-plans. We attended a presentation and we said not first thing but they were very persistent and kind of harassing us to buy their plans. We met with three people for 2 hours when they told me it was just a 90 minutes...

"We stayed Jan 11-18, 2025. This was our first time at Grand Fiesta Coral Beach. Previously we stayed at Hyatt Ziva in 2022 and 2024. The good about Grand Fiesta Coral Beach was the dining options/restaurants and the upgraded Infinite floor 11 drinks and food offerings. The beach was also nice and did not feel crowded. Overall we had a nice time, but would not go back. The hotel is old and showing its age. But the most important reason we would not go back was the staff. Unfriendly, unwelcoming...
