"This location was a quick last-minute buy due to a delayed flight and missing the ferry to Isla Mujeres. It is conveniently located one block from the ADO bus terminal. I was unable to explore the amenities they listed like co-working spaces and a pool so no comment there but the location was very spacious, nicely decorated and well labelled. For solo travel I felt very safe. The room was cozy but hot until I got the AC going and the sheets were clean but could use a bit of scented fabric...

"I loved this place! Remember is not a 5-star resort. Is a place to spend the night in peace. The bedroom was clean and modest. I stayed there only one night before leaving Cancun. I love the Plaza where you have all sorts of food available. "

"I enjoyed staying there for an extended visit. The activities, weather etc. One thing I noticed on 3 trips to the hostels. While there are no smoking signs all over each hostel, When I visit the roof areas of the rooftop and party hostel there are a lot people smoking right in front of the signs . I also was a bit disappointed this time because they had not found a yoga instructor. In my other visits they had the yoga classes every weekday. There was considerably more noise at night than before...

"Super well located in Puerto Morelos! 5 min walk to the beach. Good places to eat and hang out around. Keep in it’s a hostel, but our room was confortable and did the job for a short stay! Would return! "

"I like the location, proximity to the beach, the price, the security, it was quiet and relaxing. I didn't like that the shower didn't work and the tub was unusable, and the walls were falling apart."

"Wow! What a wonderful experience. My friends and I stayed at El Dorado Royale for NYE. Everyone was so hospitable, the resort was exceptionally clean and beautiful, every detail was taken into consideration! Our room was well stocked and maintained during our stay. We had a swim up room and our bartender, Fernanda, made our trip so special! She’s the absolute best and we will miss her! The dining options were awesome, such a wide range even for room service. No complaints for us :) "

"It was a wonderful experience. As Expedia VIP members we got a room upgrade and a personal concierge which was a huge help especially with dinner reservations. Ours was Viktor and l want to recognize him for his professional, prompt response every time we needed something. The New Year’s Party is one of the best l ever seen, we had so much fun!👏👏 The pools are clean and the beach is maintained daily to make sure there is not a lot of seaweed around. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help out. Thank you for a great time!"
