"The staff in the dining areas, for recreation, and housekeeping was so thoughtful and engaged. I was extremely impressed with their work ethic and ability to remember who you were and where you were staying. I highly recommend this hotel despite negative reviews. The food was delicious. The options were never ending for dining, entertainment, and activities. The lifeguard was so diligent by the ocean, even when it was windy, the beaches were swept regularly, and there was barely any weeds compared to other areas that we’ve stayed. It was a delightful property and a wonderful experience."

"10/10 Honestly the best decision me and my wife could have made. The stay was awesome. The room service was always one point and always made sure to leave your room nice and tight daily. The food was pretty good as well. Everything was fresh and the service was always on point. The staff were amazing! Above and beyond. Not only were they amazing but really wonderful people as well. They always made sure to answer your questions and try to help you in the best way possible. The only down fall of all this was the other guests. Not all but more than a couple weren’t very considerate. The bar is open daily from 11:00am and on. People were pretty upset at that. And another thing people didn’t stop to think that the employees also live off of tips. So if you could tip them that would be awesome. They provide excellent service so there shouldn’t be no explanation on why you can not tip. Not saying to tip a lot but something is something. Overall amazing place! Family friendly! We will be back!!"

"We stayed here for our first wedding anniversary and my birthday. The location was super convenient—only a short drive from the airport, which worked great since we had an early flight home. Staff were friendly and courteous, which made a good impression. There were a few downsides though. I wish there had been more activities or things to do around the resort. The elevator was slow and made some cracking noises, and our room’s air conditioning made a loud sound all night. We reported it after the first night—someone came to check it, but unfortunately, nothing really improved. On the plus side, the food wasn’t bad at all. I really enjoyed breakfast each morning, and the sushi restaurant was a highlight for me. The guys at the swim-up bar were also pretty great—friendly and patient most of the time. Overall, it was a good trip with a few minor issues, but we still enjoyed ourselves."

"I liked the pool activities and the beach access. Also the service at both the pool and beach were incredibly fast, friendly and always helpful. The restaurants were delicious and accommodating with our group. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to get away, relax and not worry about anything."

"WOW! I'd like to start by saying I've vacationers at very nice all inclusive resorts in Cancun and Puerto Vallarta previously, but they don't even come close to the experience I had with Ocean Coral and Turquesa. I work for the Better Business Bureau, and spent 8 days as a single mom here with my 12 year old daughter. I have never felt so safe, genuinely loved, protected, and absolutely spoiled before in my life! Right from the start- Daniel at the front desk checked us in and my daughter instantly had a new bestie (he even upgraded us to an ocean view room free of charge)! The room itself was clean, huge, and the balcony was huge as well. It was always cleaned and restocked promptly. The Food OH MY GOODNESS! Everything was so fresh and the flavors (my daughter didn't even know grapes and watermelon had seeds until this trip). However, the staff is really what elevated this experience the most! Carol and Samantha always greeted us with genuine warm smiles and asking what our plans were for the day as they walked us to our table and pulled out our chairs - being a single mom - this is the first time my daughter really got to experience what "being treated like a lady" feels like. And I cannot send enough thanks or hugs to Luis and Deisy! They were always encouraging my daughter to test her Spanish skills with them and teaching her new words - they even brought her special mexican bows for "international child day". "
