The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). Apparently Ana was supposed to come meet us at the time of our arrival, but we were never asked beforehand for that information and didn't know there would be no reception....

"I loved this place! Remember is not a 5-star resort. Is a place to spend the night in peace. The bedroom was clean and modest. I stayed there only one night before leaving Cancun. I love the Plaza where you have all sorts of food available. "
