"The staff and the food were excellent. Hard working and curtious, except for the manager of the Mexican restaurant who was arrogant and rude. I do not understand how or why you would look down on customers who pay your salary. "

"Service was exceptional. Staff always went above and beyond. Food was really good. I liked the buffet grill style because you can cook what you like. And the buffet breakfast had plenty of selections. Overall, was a memorable family trip. "

"Very clean, cute, fun, relaxing and stocked with amazing drinks and food. Super clean everywhere and our room was cleaned everyday. The view of the ocean is amazing. The food was good but not amazing. Overall 10/10 experience!!"

"The staff are exceptionally good. They were all friendly, attentive and helpful. The room we had with the balcony was comfortable and well stocked. The only issue was the rooftop bar party every night was really loud and right below our room outside the pool area. It ended around 11 pm. We couldn’t hear the TV. "people are very nice. The hotel is not really what I would consider five stars. We had lots of problems with our thermostat. It would run like it had a mind of its own. We asked to switch rooms and although the hotel was not very full, they kept saying all the rooms were taken. It is very nice hotel over I would say it’s worth four stars definitely not a five star. "

"Really wonderful staff, excellent food and great value for money. The beach was clean and not crowded though we did go in low season. Take the ferry to Isla Mujeres using the Ultra Carga ferry. The only thing I didn’t like was the overly aggressive timeshare marketing. We made the mistake of sitting in on their pitch which went on for three hours!!!!! I had to tell them we were done with them before they would let us leave. It really spoiled our first day at the resort. "
