"Very nice rooms and hotel space for a reasonable price. The manager was extremely kind and flexible, making me a special vegan breakfast and lending us a brush to clean our rental car with. It’s Close to the airport, 10 mins away from restaurants, 20 away from the beach. Must drive though. "

"We stayed there for easy access to the Cancun Airport after our Cozumel scuba trip. Puerto Morelos is 20 minutes and $30 cab ride to Cancun airport. The sandy beach is beautiful and the snorkeling is great. We might start here next time to chill and get ready for Cozumel diving. The staff was a great and helpful. "I just want to say Giovanni the person that was in charge of the property was above and beyond on our needs, very accommodating. This was a very fantastic basic plain place to stay for relaxing. Everything was within walking distance, the beach one block away, very safe to walk on the streets. Definitely I will recommend it. "

"The actual room was large and clean. The A/C worked great and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff were very nice. However, there were several issues: 1) the lock on the main gate to the hotel wasn't functioning, only one of the locks on the room door worked, and the lock that worked required a key to get out of the room; 2) the office reception closed early and opened late; 3) there was no water pressure in the shower, and the drain didn't work, so the water (eventually) backed up.
