"Our stay here was awesome. It is one of their oldest resorts, which means it is outdated. However it is still very clean. They are searching heavily for buyers into the diamond program to pay for the renovations, so beware of free breakfasts and discounted attractions, it is a sales pitch. Depending on who you are, 30-90 minutes for some discounted perks might be worth it! "

"I traveled with my 74 year old mother and my sister's family (3 kids under 13). We had a blast! What we liked, although being all-inclusive, everything else was reasonably priced (e.g. spa treatments and upgraded wine). What we didn't like, some rooms (including ours) have a timer on the AC and not enough employees (e.g. longer lines for food and time to get drinks by the pool)."

"The property is well maintained. Very nice pool area, average beach area. The service was great, friendly, courteous staff. The restaurant menus were very limited as was room service. I stayed in the indigo preferred section. It was very nice but beware that their preferred does not come with butler service. "The resort itself it very clean and the staff is friendly and willing to help at all times . We dined at Dorado and the steak house and both were very dissapointing .One should not need to go to the buffet after eating at these restaurants . We were at Hideaway and upgraded to Diamond club so we were expecting a higher level of dining .We stayed there five years ago and found the food was much better at that time .
