"The Royalton Cancun was a beautiful property! Our room had a rooftop terrace with a hot tub! I especially loved the shower with 2 rainfall heads plus a handheld shower head. Staff was very fast at bringing requested items to the room (towels, water, etc). The spa services were amazing but set lower prices would be appreciated rather than having to negotiate with random people at the resort.... Nightly entertainment was wonderful with plenty of seating but not enough servers. Specialty restaurants and enormous buffet were amazing! More staff at pool bars and on the beach would be helpful. Overall I give this resort an 8 out of 10. Can't wait to see the planned improvements! We will likely return! "

The food is good, I wouldn’t say the best, but we enjoyed our overall experience! We will definitely come back ! It is a great place for family.
