"We enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated unit. Lots of light through all the windows and a good breeze kept us cool. The view is wonderful across the water and down to the pool area, and the large deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Arlene, the property manager, and the rest of the Caribbean Reef staff, were friendly and helpful. "We had a great time staying here! We rented the golf cart named Fridia and used it everyday we were there. The condo is beautiful and very clean. There is an elevator so we had no problem getting our sfuff up to the 3rd floor. This unit has a private outdoor patio on the roof. We have great views. "We really enjoyed the apartment! It was very clean when we first arrived. It had a nice supply of dishes, glassware, and everything we needed to use the kitchen. The amenities- including the hot tub and rooftop balcony were fantastic. The hosts were easy to contact and attentive to our needs. The location was outstanding- a very short walk to the beach! We would highly recommend this place to future visitors!"

"It's small but comfortable. I loved how stuff like beach towels and masks / snorkels were available. Even a couple of straw hats that someone didn't want to fly home. I thought the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door to the balcony was great..... my wife pointed out that there was no curtain (or any window treatment anywhere) and that kind of killed the romance for our stay. I even thought about getting some tape at the Chedraui and rigging up some towels or something just for some privacy."

"The elevator not working is a concern. As I tried to move luggage and water bottles from the first floor. It was very difficult. How the service by Claudia was exceptional. She took care of our concerns quickly and effectively. We also found great transportation from Cun airport directly to Casa Sarita reasonably priced and efficient. "

"We stayed for three nights. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Close to stores. The batteries in the AC remotes were missing and/or run down but were quickly replaced by maintenance. Nice community pool. It was exactly as described. Secure and safe. Our only problem was finding the location."

"SRA Elena was very accomidating and has a wonderful condo in Mayan paradise. The beach was wonderful and Jose keeps the grounds, pool, and beach clean. Everything was top notch and was a real treat for a first class getaway. The kids loved the pool and slept well in the airconditioning. Thank you for having us!
