"Absolutely excellent stay. My expectations were exceeded!!!! Shout out to Joel for having such positive energy every time we needed a golf cart. Abraham, you made my stay memorable as my partner and I enjoyed the adults only pool 😊. Thank you! There was a man in the platinum lounge in the El Cid hotel whose name I did not get, but he was a sweetheart. Highly recommend this place. They helped make my anniversary so special. Also, Aakat was the best restaurant hands down. "

"Wonderful staff! We loved our room. Traveled with another couple and they accommodated adjoining rooms for us. So much for the kiddos to do. We enjoyed all food/drinks. Buffet was open for all 3 meals. Service was great for buffet and in restaurants, not slow. The steak house was our favorite. We didn't plan on utilizing the kid's "daycare", but my 9-year-old saw it and really wanted to go. So much to do in there! And since parents aren't allowed, we signed her up. "The staff was wonderful. Food was much better than any other all inclusive we have been to. Noise level is good, no super loud pool parties in the middle of the day. Our room was very nice with a two full bathrooms. The sofa bed needs to be replaced but my son just decided to sleep on the large lounger and was comfortable "

"Excellent, staff were brilliant. Felt looked after the whole time and a seamless experience from airport transportation to check-in. Concierge was brilliant in helping us sort activities and dinner for the week. We also had a free massage included from taking a presentation on time shares, they didn’t push this hard on us but perhaps because I’m on the right demographic for that. Could do with another restaurant and perhaps indoor swim / sauna facilities but that aside nothing really missing!"
