"This is a beautiful resort that offers lots of restaurants, three big pools, constant daytime events and decent nighttime entertainment. What really puts this property above and beyond others I’ve stayed at though is the staff. We did go with the privilege option but the staff were over and above for every one I saw. Jose at the Blue Moon went out of his way to make our last night an experience to remember and the food was delicious there. Way too many Sexy Gustofo’s were consumed in the main pool but we didn’t catch the actual ingredients so I guess we will just have to come back again and see if we can figure it out. The entire resort went out of their way to accommodate me with my mobility issues. Even the resort doctor went above and beyond. Highly recommend for a friend’s trip, a honeymoon, couple getaway or family of all ages. Something for everyone. 5 stars."

"The staff are incredible!! Resort is great and we enjoyed everything. But, the staff members make it amazing!!! Johan, Michael, Jesus, and the entire entertainment team felt like family after a few days… but overall everyone was super friendly!!!!"

"I have so many positives about this resort I hardly know where to start. First off, I want to say; I have nothing but positive things to say about this resort and would recommend it to anyone. My fiancee and I had the best time during our stay here. The entertainment team did a phenomenal job with there always being something to do, and the night entertainment was stellar. The cleaning and serving staff were VERY on top of everything, never saw garbage or any mess. Alex, is an ideal tennis instructor and his clinic was included, we did it daily! The beach was nice soft white sand. The equipment rental (pattleboard, sail ship, kayacs, tennis racquets, billiards, etc) & complementary trips into town were all available with no extra charge. We didn't even get to try all the different places to eat because there were so many, and all of it was excellent! There was one, that was the fanciest we've ever eaten at, and again it was all included! Couple of examples of their service excellence: -housekeepers somehow folded towels into different animals, Doves kissing, cat, basket of flowers, they would even stop by more than once a day (never when we were there) to ensure we always had fresh towels, and a stocked fridge. -24hr full room service (we could order food to our room at anytime). -complimentary rides into town. -all staff members were friendly, kind & willing to help us and several went above and beyond displaying their commitment to excellence daily. 10/10 "

"Just enjoyed an amazing 10 night stay. The food was amazing. The rooms clean and modern. Pools were great. The staff was over and above expectations. The beach was the only thing that didn’t amaze as it’s not very swimmable as it’s rocky and the tide can be high on windy days. Overall 10/10 experience, definitely would recommend for families, couples and retirees. "

" Our stay at Royalton Splash Riviera was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend booking through Expedia as they offer extra discounts for spa and bottle services, plus they include a private butler. Our butler, Jonathan, was excellent! He helped us with everything we needed, from booking transportation to making dinner reservations and spa appointments. He truly went above and beyond. This resort is perfect for families with kids—so much fun! They have incredible water slides for both adults and children, and the food was delicious. Our friends who stayed with us loved it as well! The only downside was the smell at the property—it reminded us of a swamp. Additionally, we found a small lizard in the bathroom, which could be a bit unsettling for some. Since we stayed in a swim-out suite, this might have been the reason. Thankfully, the staff quickly resolved it when we asked. Overall, the experience was excellent! There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, and the buffet had great options for kids. I highly recommend this resort for a memorable family vacation!"
