"This is the way place for families, the pool kept them entertained all day long! The staff were extremely friendly, there are different buffets and restaurants. I do wish that they had a policy for the pool chairs, people will put towels on them and leave almost all day and not use them. Overall we had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back! "

"The food was fabulous. So much entertainment that we did not need to get off the resort. Really wish we could have had a liquor bar in our room, but instead it was just two beers, I’m sure we could have asked for more? Room service was 24hr which was nice. The nightlife of the resort shuts down at 1am which was fine for us. We did go off resort which was a bit of a track, Doubt it would have taken us this long had we stayed in town, but we definitely did not regret it! There was 1 resort store for shopping, but never needed to go in. The staff was exceptional, friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend! "

"Absolutely AMAZING staff. Everyone here knows what customer service is all about. I spent 21 nights and never tired of the food and looked forward to every meal. They have an entertainment team at the pool which makes it so much more fun whether you are participating or just watching. The kids club also goes above and beyond. You know that when your kids wake up and ask when they can go back that it's impressive."

"The Grand Residences fulfilled and exceeded all our expectations. The property is beautiful and very well kept. The pools are awesome. The service is top notch. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay special. The rooms were very comfortable, with excellent bedding. The food is mostly very good. This is a resort for families and older folks so don’t come here looking for tons of entertainment and activities. But it’s a great place to relax and be pampered in a beautiful setting. "

"Dreams Sapphire was soooo amazing! It was a very safe and laid back property. Great option for families or couples. We did the preferred option which I highly highly reccomend. You get access to the adult only pool with complimentary Bali beds if you book a day ahead. I can not say enough good things about the staff! The adult pool had Jose and Resendas and they were AMAZING!!! Jose was so attentive and made us feel so well taken care of. Resendas made the most amazing drinks and would surprise us everyday with fun new drinks. They were tasteful and not like drinking gasoline. The pool was clean and quiet. They do a good job at looking after the area. The restaraunts were amazing. Our favourite was Portofino with amazing Italian options. Daniel was our waiter a couple nights and he took amazing care of us. I would go there just for him! The blue water grill (preferred) was so good and right on the ocean. Definitely wear your hair up when eating there as the ocean breeze will catch up to you! The service at all the dining options was not the quickest, be prepared to wait. The waiters were still amazing and friendly I feel they just lack staff and it adds long wait times. The entertainment was great. Lots of things to do at all hours of the day. Kid friendly options that adults are more than welcome to join in! Great evening opportunities! We loved dancing with the team every night.
