"We had an amazing week at Ocean Coral & Turquesa in Peurto Morelos! When we arrived they upgraded us from a garden view room to an ocean/pool view room with a king bed for free. All the staff were extremely nice and attentive, especially the Blue Team who are in charge of entertainment. They were full of energy and led so many fun activities every day that I highly recommend participating in. Some of our favourite activities were beach volleyball, Zumba, water aerobics, water basketball, face painting, bowling and the foam party! I’m gluten-free and there were so many delicious options for me at every meal, especially at the Japanese restaurant. On my birthday, the staff delivered a gluten free cheesecake with my name written in chocolate sauce right to our room. On our last day, we had been planning to checkout at noon and then head to the cancun airport to wait around with our luggage all day for a 10:30pm flight. Instead, the staff gave us a late checkout for free, and let us keep wearing our all-inclusive bracelets until our taxi came at 7pm. We essentially got an additional full day of the all inclusive experience for free! Really great trip, can’t recommend this place highly enough :) special thanks again to the Blue Team, room service team, busboy Hector, and all the concierge/ restaurant staff!"

"Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa was an excellent resort. We were lucky enough to get rooms which were close to all of the facilities. Staff was excellent! Food was good and there were many choices of restaurants. The Spa was fabulous! Had a great time! "

"All around it was a good experience I like the resort the staff was friendly and kind. Shout out to Carlos in the breakfast section my server the food was always good despite the reviews. Nicholas clean my room every day but most time he didn’t leave enough towels but the room looks clean . Note for housekeeping the showers need to be scrubbed especially in the grout and the weave my was dirty room 9203. Not a bad experience will stay again. "
