"Jaime, at the beach bar, is amazing! He was so sweet and provided great customer service. He made the entire stay worth it because he was the nicest out of everyone that we interacted with. My friend sprained and her foot and the front desk were not accommodating with our needs and accommodations, unfortunately. Make sure to bring cash otherwise, the workers treat you badly."

"This was Not a 5 star property. Our butler service was practically non existent. The Private pool was so disgusting we never went in. The main pool was so freezing you could not stand to get in. The beach was the most filthy beach I have ever seen. This was the worst vacation ever! I have nothing good to say. I hated my time here and wish we never went. Don’t go here. "
