"I wish the categories included very good...seems a gap between good and excellent. The facilities were excellent and the staff were excellent. The food was very good. We had no trouble with making reservations. the ambiance in the Italian restaurant was very nice and in comparison all of the restaurants were quite nice. I do wish there was an option for no kids in one restaurant however...kids and poor acoustics did impact a few meals. The beach we enoyed but it is not an expansive deep white sand option. Staff were exceptional and friendly. There was a very decent quality offering in all liquor categories...Centanario tequila...Bacardi rum....Canadian club rye Absolut vodka Tanquery gin and all you had to do was ask. The drinks were definitely better than most all inclusives we have been to. Rooms were clean modern and well tended to... all in all a return to 4.5 stars"

"It’s an excelent and beautifull hotel. The food and drinks are great in every bar and restaurant. However, location is fan from everything and roads near the hotel are destroyed and some drivers are going to mention that they won’t go through those roads, especially on rainy days since it get flooded. Overall, it’s an good choices if you are looking not to go out much and enjoy the facilities."
