"Props to Irving and Gina our butlers. Anything we couldn't book ourselves they assisted. & everyday they provided us with a list of activities happening that day. Gina even helped with some blankets because I got cold lol. Our pool guys Jesus and Saul at the diamond club where very attentive. With in 5 minutes we had our drinks and every 10min we will get asked if anything else was needed. They where amazing for sure. Our room cleaning was I believe Mariana and our room was always done by the time we got back from being in the sun all day. Definitely a great team of people. Would recomend ! Food: Recomend- Dorado, Taj, & hibachi Do not recomend: Caribbean & steakhouse Pools: kids- pretty big and fun looking, main pool- huge and most activities done there. Diamond- small but amazing, hideaway-loud and overcrowded. Beach- beautiful yet people need to throw their cigarettes somewhere else. "
