"If you want to slow down, this is the place for you. It is a bit removed from the little town of Puerto Morelos, but they do have a daily bike tour that takes you into town and of course it's an easy cab ride. Host was great...brought us to the store to get food and helped us to get our bearings on our first night there.....getting a cab is very easy and cheap....just a very short walk to the end of the street and a cab will drive by within 3 min. 30 to 40 pesos to the beach and down town area and about $25 to $35 to playa da Carman....depending on your bartering skills.
