"I loved the staff and the food the bartenders were amazing the only thing is that when u get picked up for excursions or transportation you have to go to the other building which can be confusing and there’s also one atm in the main building . The convenient store inside the hotel is very expensive so be sure to just use it for emergency’s other then that I love my experience ."

"Overall we enjoyed the stay here. The hotel is outdated and old though, you have to carry a card with you instead of the bracelet entry, that was a hassle. Card stopped working 3 times. There was no electricity twice, no hot water twice, very loud construction on site for more than 4 days. Food is very good, the best of all hotels we ever stayed at. Beach was nice for the kids, no waves, shallow. First 2 days there were huge lines to eat anywhere at any restaurant! Kids were starving had...

"This place costumer service is awful , will cancel your reservation if you don’t check in on time so if you flight is delayed which is out of your control you loose all your money . I paid for 5 nights and I called the hotel to notify them and they didn’t care and wouldn’t refund me my money . Expedia costumer service stated they should of not cancel my reservation . "
